A fantastic question!  Placing your home on the market is stressful enough, so why not have an agent who makes SURE that you have the best opportunity possible to shine against the competition?  Along with all the basics that other agents offer, you get the most extensive package of internet advertising offered in Kanabec, Pine, or Isanti counties.  In a market where buyers are few and far between, you need someone to place you in front of as many buyer's eyes as possible.  I still offer traditional newspaper advertising, word of mouth, open houses, and other means of marketing, but I give you even more of a chance for that special buyer to fall in love with your house.

Another great question.  I always dreamed as a little girl of having a job where I could FIGHT for what I believed in.  I have found that in real estate.  As your agent when purchasing a house, I will fight for the BEST and MOST REASONABLE price possible when you do find that perfect house.  Getting you the best house possible for the least amount of money is my ultimate goal.  I also network with many home owners who aren't listed with agents, giving you even more selection.  My own personal mission, however, is to help buyers understand every piece of the transaction puzzle, so you aren't left wondering what just happened after I hand you your keys at closing.  As a buyer, the easier your transaction can be, and the more supportive your agent is, the more confident you will be in your decision.
